The chapter analyzes data collected through questionnaires from 51 respondents. The majority of respondents were female (65%) and above 35 years old (68.6%). Most respondents were aware of Islamic microfinance products (82.4%) and had used credit services (57.1%). While most respondents lived within 20 km of a bank (75%), many disagreed that ATMs (51%) and branches (52%) were available nationwide.
