This study presents the fabrication and characterization of a novel graphene-mesoporous carbon-nickel-polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) coating for mandrel-coiled twisted and coiled polymer fibers (TCPFL NR) to enhance their actuation performance. The coated actuators demonstrated significant improvements in actuation strain (up to 48%) and reduced power consumption (by 6-9%) compared to non-coated versions, while maintaining reliability over 75,000 cycles. These findings indicate the potential for optimizing electro
