The Assistant Regional Manager conducted a field visit of watercourse #9520/L and observed some shortfalls, including a cracked nakka structure, improper culvert backfilling, and poorly filled joints in the new lining. Pictures documenting the issues were attached. It was recommended that the WUA address repair needs, and that the WMS and consultant ensure proper construction techniques going forward. An updated monitoring report from the D.G. Khan division was also attached.
