What is Decriminalizing Vagrancy in the Philippines about?

This document is the text of Republic Act No. 10158 which amends Article 202 of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines to decriminalize vagrancy. It changes the penalties for prostitution to be arresto menor or a fine of not more than 200 pesos, and dismisses pending vagrancy cases and releases those convicted of vagrancy from prison upon the new law taking effect. The law repeals any conflicting existing laws and takes effect 15 days after publication.
