This study investigates the preparation, stability, and pharmacokinetics of lipid microspheres containing Timataxel, a promising antitumor agent. The lipid microspheres demonstrated good stability and pharmacokinetic properties, with a larger area under the curve and lower clearance compared to the TM-2 solution. The findings suggest that lipid microspheres could serve as an effective drug delivery system for Timataxel in cancer treatment.
