What is Magnetic field dependence of resistivity for Ce0.8La0.2(Ru0.85Rh0.15)2Si2 about?
We measured resistivity of heavy fermion antiferromagnetic Ce 0.8 La 0.2 (Ru 0.85 Rh 0.15 ) 2 Si 2 in magnetic field up to 4 T. The resistivity for Ce 0.8 La 0.2 (Ru 0.85 Rh 0.15 ) 2 Si 2 shows a downward bend at T N , indicating an antiferromagnetic order with a local moment character. For 1 TpBo1.75 T, it shows a jump at T N as in the case of Ce(Ru 0.85 Rh 0.15 ) 2 Si 2 , where the downward bend was no longer observed. This result indicates that instead of the local moment character, a gap is opened on the fermi surface by magnetic field. For B41.75 T, the resistivity is proportional to T 2 without any anomalies, suggesting that the developed gap closes again for B41.75 T, and the Fermi liquid state is induced by magnetic field.
