What is Tropical Land Cover Change Detection about?

This document presents a study that used two RADARSAT-2 polarimetric SAR images from 2008 and 2009 to classify forest and non-forest land cover in the Brazilian Amazon and detect changes. The images achieved classification accuracies of around 71-89% and detected around 500 hectares of forest conversion over the period.
