The ATWOOD ADVANTAGE is an ultra-deepwater DP drillship capable of operating in up to 12,000 feet of water and drilling to depths of 40,000 feet. It has accommodations for 200 personnel and features a 1,250 ton top drive, 1,250 ton crown mounted compensator, 1,250 ton drawworks, 4 mud pumps rated at 2,200 HP each, and dual 15k psi BOPs. The drillship is outfitted with cranes for handling trees and equipment over the side of the vessel.
