Background: The Genetic And Morphological Evaluation (GAME) score is a prognostic tool that defines three risk groups (low, moderate, and high risk) of patients with liver metastases from colorectal cancer (LMCRC). This study aimed to evaluate this score in Tunisian patients. ## Methods: We retrospectively collected the clinical and pathological data of all patients with LMCRC treated at Habib Bourguiba University Hospital in Sfax from 2015 to 2018. The GAME score was calculated in all cases. The GAME score was calculated allocating points for KRAS mutation, CEA levels, lymph node metastasis, Tumour Burden Score (TBS) and extrahepatic disease. The risk group was defined as low (LR) for scores 0-1, moderate (MR) for scores 2-3 and high (HR) for scores of at least 4. We analysed the overall survival (OS) according to the risk groups. Results: Forty-four patients were included. The mean age was 60.39 years. Risk groups were LR in 4.5%; MR in 36.4%, and HR in 59.1%. Liver metastases were isolated in 19 cases (43.18%) and associated with other metastases in the other cases. The RAS status was mutated in 34% of cases. The 2-year OS rate was 100%, 73.3%, and 46.2% for LR, MR, and HR group
