This case report describes the prosthetic rehabilitation of a partially edentulous patient with reduced occlusal vertical dimension using onlay removable partial dentures. The patient had existing fixed restorations and worn lower teeth. A provisional removable partial denture was used to reestablish the occlusal vertical dimension and evaluate function.
