This article characterizes clinical and epidemiological factors of 20 patients with non-melanoma skin cancer treated with brachytherapy at high doses between January 2011 and December 2014 at a hospital in Mexico. Most patients were male, from the central valley region, with various occupations. Lesions were mainly located on the face and basal cell carcinoma was most common.
