This study presents ACE1702, a novel off-the-shelf natural killer (NK) cell therapy armed with trastuzumab for targeting HER2-expressing cancers, utilizing Antibody-Cell Conjugation (ACC) technology. The trastuzumab-conjugated oNK cells demonstrated superior in vitro and in vivo cytotoxicity against HER2-positive cancer cells without tumorigenic potential or severe side effects. The findings suggest that ACE1702 could serve as a promising clinical application for treating HER2-expressing solid tumors.
