The East Africa Customs and Freight Forwarding Practicing Certificate (EACFFPC) is a training program developed by the Federation of East African Freight Forwarders Associations (FEAFFA) in collaboration with East Africa Revenue Authorities to enhance the skills of customs clearing agents and freight forwarders in the East African Community (EAC). Since its inception in 2006, the program has graduated over 7000 agents and has undergone revisions to improve its curriculum based on market surveys and feedback
