Therefore in this line of reasoning we reconstruct \*Η Λ έηίΗ-Γ-^ re-formed from an older \*H a ent-H/n~. Thus we have an ancient heteroclite levelled on the -r state of the stem. This gives us the possibility of explaining Armenian ant'et, which Frisk also mentions with doubt (and which he writes with /). Then ant'et would bear the relation to ανθρα-of astl 'star' to αστήρ, and of aseln 'needle' to άκρ-(on which see Annual of Armenian Linguistics 3, 1982, p. 53-54); in turn, άκρ-is to άκ(ωκ)ή s άλκαρ is to αλκή (\*r ~ H a ). From this we recover one more important Helleno-Armenian correspondence: \*H a entH-r---/-.
