What is Maramures Hotel Concept Analysis about?

The document analyzes data from a survey and interviews about a proposed concept for a themed hotel in Maramures, Romania. Key findings include: - All survey respondents were Romanian, unlike statistics showing 25% of tourists are foreign. This is likely due to the survey timing over Christmas when Romanians visit traditions. - Most respondents said they visit Maramures for leisure but owners report short stays. This may be due to a lack of variety in activities and facilities compared to larger hotels.
