This document presents the feasibility and preliminary design and calculations of standalone solar power plant at district Chitral Pakistan. Photons of light hit the solar cell and some area absorbed in the PN junction. If the photon of light contains sufficient energy, the electrons will converge the electric field and move freely through the crystal. As they move through the external circuit they release their energy as electricity, then return to solar cell.
