We present a case of partial Trisomy 22 "Cat eye syndrome" in an 8 year old female and the correction of its associated craniofacial defects.The patient demonstrated a severely retrognathic mandible, right zygomatic hypoplasia and ptosis of both upper eyelids. She had a Class II skeletal base and bilateral Pruzansky 2B deficits of the mandible resulting in severe overjet and anterior open bite. There was chin asymmetry with deviation to the left.
