What is HAL Officers Pay Disparity Appeal about?

The retired employees of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. are requesting the management to address salary disparities following a High Court judgment, which favored employees who were promoted after January 2007. They highlight that while workmen received higher fitment benefits, promoted officers only received a lower percentage, resulting in financial losses. The letter emphasizes the need for equitable pay adjustments to rectify these disparities as mandated by the court ruling.
