The EEV in an indoor unit of a VRF system in room 603 of the Vivanta Hotel in Kathmandu was not functioning correctly during heating operation. Troubleshooting identified the issue as a higher pulse rate of the indoor expansion valve. A mobile LGMV hardware device connected to the outdoor unit via Wi-Fi to access diagnostic software and determine the specific fault with the EEV.
