Commissioning activity was underway for various substations and systems, including 380kV and 115kV GIS, SAS, and fault recorders. For the 380kV GIS, sync checking was completed and primary injection testing was in progress, while interlock checking was 95% complete for the 115kV GIS and preparation for stability testing was underway. SAS open loop and measurement testing was also in progress. A punch list of outstanding items showed over 300 cleared and nearly 400 pending.
