This document describes tables created to simplify the calculation of median effective dose (LD50 or ED50) values from animal toxicity studies. The tables allow rapid determination of the LD50 using moving average interpolation with data from studies that test 2-10 animals at each of 4 or more dosage levels spaced in a geometric progression.
