What is Behemoth about?

1) The document discusses the transformation of Leviathan and Behemoth from the biblical book of Job to later Jewish writings. It traces how they took on new roles and biographies through midrashic interpretation and incorporation into eschatological texts. 2) Early Jewish texts portrayed Leviathan and Behemoth as originally being one androgynous creature that was later separated into two monsters, one dwelling in the sea and one on land. These texts suggested they would play a role in an end-times feast
