The Rajasthan government has ordered that state employees will be granted an ad-hoc bonus for the 2020-21 financial year equivalent to 30 days of emoluments. To be eligible, employees must have been in service on March 31, 2021 and April 1, 2021, drawing a pay level of L-12 or less. The bonus will be calculated based on emoluments as of March 31, 2021, with a maximum of Rs. 7,000 per month considered. 50% of the bonus will be paid in cash and 50% will be credited to the employee
