What is Golden Braid 2.0 for Plant Cloning about?

Golden Braid 2.0 is a modular cloning strategy for efficient multipartite assembly of genetic parts into transcriptional units (TUs) and subsequent combination of TUs into higher order constructs. It uses type IIS restriction enzymes BsaI and BsmBI to generate overhangs allowing scarless assembly of parts following a specific grammar.
