What is Arm 38 about?

This study investigates the effects of two hand exercises on grip strength, forearm circumference, and vascular maturation in patients post-arteriovenous fistula surgery. Results indicate that hand-squeezing exercises with GD Grip significantly improved grip strength and vascular parameters compared to exercises with a Soft Ball. Overall, GD Grip exercises were found to be more effective in enhancing hand strength and vascular maturation in the studied patients.
