This document describes the development of a thermoelectric refrigerator that uses two-phase thermosyphons and capillary lift to improve heat transfer efficiency. The refrigerator was designed using computational modeling and contains two identical thermoelectric devices, each consisting of a Peltier module attached to a two-phase thermosyphon and capillary lift thermosyphon. Experimental optimization of the thermosyphons achieved lower thermal resistances than finned heat sinks. A prototype was constructed
