This study examines the psychosocial implications of double-duty and triple-duty caregiving roles among women working in nursing homes in the U.S. Results indicate that women with combined caregiving roles experience greater family-to-work conflict, perceived stress, and psychological distress compared to nonfamily caregivers. The findings highlight the need for further research on the challenges faced by these caregivers, particularly as the aging population and workforce continues to grow.
