This study examined the relationship between social media usage level and mental health level of senior high school student athletes in private schools in Sto. Tomas City, Batangas. Employing a descriptive correlational research design, the study sought to identify patterns and associations between the frequency and nature of social media engagement and various aspects of psychological well-being.
