Primary Rate Interface (PRI) provides 23 voice channels and a signaling channel in one circuit using a T1/PRI PCB. It allows setting up different line types like loop start or DID. PRI conserves PCB slots by supporting multiple lines on a single circuit. Incoming caller ID name and number can display if provided by the telco.
