About this document
Lymphocyte-Monocyte Ratio and No-Reflow in STEMI by Tarık Emre UYANIK is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study investigates the association between the lymphocyte-to-monocyte ratio (LMR) and the no-reflow phenomenon in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention. The findings indicate that a lower LMR is significantly correlated with a higher risk of no-reflow, with an optimal cutoff value of 2.292 for predicting this outcome. The results suggest that LMR may serve as a useful inflammatory marker for assessing the risk of no-reflow in STEMI patien
