A new RP-HPLC-PDA method was developed and validated for the estimation of gemigliptin in pure and marketed formulations. The method uses a C18 column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and 0.1% orthophosphoric acid (60:40) and detects gemigliptin at a wavelength of 230 nm. The method was found to be precise, accurate, linear, robust and specific for the analysis of gemigliptin in pharmaceutical formulations.
