This study analyzes the aerodynamic and structural behavior of a pitot tube in a fluid stream using a Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI) approach with ANSYS Workbench. The results indicate that as fluid velocity increases from 30 m/s to 50 m/s, pressure, stress, and strain on the pitot tube rise, while the drag coefficient decreases. It is recommended that the pitot tube be constructed from a stiff material to minimize deformations that could impact flow behavior.
