Our 3 cases showed mild epidermal changes, with spongiosis and variable interface inflammation. All 3 showed a relatively prominent dermal lymphohistiocytic infiltrate, with features suggestive of a lymphocytic vasculopathy extending to at least the mid-reticular dermis.
