The study analyzed 150 fetal cardiotocography records to compare the predictive capacity and interobserver agreement of 4 international guidelines for predicting neonatal acidosis. The Chandraharan guideline had the highest sensitivity while ACOG had the highest specificity. Chandraharan also had the moderate discrimination for acidosis. The interobserver agreement was generally acceptable to moderate for all guidelines, highest for FIGO.
