What is Erratum about?

The low Temperature Electronics Symposium is being held in Honolulu, Hawaii, 18-23 October 1987. This symposium will explore the theoretical and practical aspects of electronic materials, devices and systems at low temperatures, and will compare low-temperature and room-temperature electronics. The meeting is sponsored by the Dielectrics and Insulation Division and will be held as part of the 172nd Meeting of The Electrochemical Society co-sponsored by The Electrochemical Society of Japan in co-operation with The Japanese Society of Applied Physics. The topics covered at the symposium are outlined below. • Fundamentals: fundamental limits (size, speed, voltage, power). Physics of temperature dependent materials and device properties. Noise. New phenomena at low temperatures useful for electronic devices.
