This document describes the design, construction, and testing of a fluidized bed combustion boiler for energy production. The author designed and built a miniature fluidized bed boiler with bed heights of 77mm, 47mm, and 27mm. Testing of the boiler used corncob as a fuel source and recorded saturation temperatures up to 153°C and superheated temperatures up to 163°C.
