A free public screening of the documentary film Gasland will be held at the Woldman Theater in the Norton Hall building on the UB North Campus on Monday, March 28 beginning at 7:00pm. The film explores the effects of hydraulic fracturing, or "fracking", on underground water supplies by showing footage of a local igniting tap water contaminated with natural gas.
