This case report describes using Le Fort 1 osteotomy and bilateral sagittal split osteotomy (BSSO) to correct mandibular prognathism and maxillary retrusion in a 19-year-old male patient. The patient had difficulties with mastication and temporomandibular joint pain. Clinical and radiographic exams showed mandibular prognathism with a class III skeletal malocclusion and maxillary retrusion.
