This study investigates the antioxidant activity and physical quality of a face mask combining broccoli and black glutinous rice. The experimental results indicate that the best formulation, F1, exhibits strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 value of 81.13 mg/L, while all formulations showed good physical properties and no irritation reactions. The findings suggest that the combination of these natural ingredients can enhance the antioxidant potential for skincare applications.
