1) Kenneth Johnson appealed his conviction of two counts of cocaine distribution, claiming errors in evidentiary rulings and jury selection. 2) During an undercover investigation, a state trooper purchased cocaine from Johnson in July and September 1986. Johnson was introduced by an informant. 3) The court found no errors in denying defense requests for individual juror questioning and allowing the investigating trooper to remain in the courtroom during testimony. It affirmed both convictions.
