We hear a lot about the pipeline service obligation. Last month, FredMoring's columninNatUra1 Gm discussed the D.C. Circuit's August 24 decision in AGA v. FERC. The court's opinion covered a lot of issues, but more than half of Fred's column focused on the remand of pregranted abandonment of the service obligation for firm transportation converted from sales. That focus is not surprising -Fred won the case.
