What is Knowledge-Driven Digital Twin Manufacturing about?
Industry 4.0 recommended next-generation smart manufacture, such as upgrades for the industrial sectors to achieve high adaptability, quick design modifications, digital information technology, and more adaptable skilled workforce training. Cyber-physical systems [1,2], Internet of Things (IoT) [3], and cloud computing [4,5] are examples of technologies used in manufacturing. The concept of "intelligent manufacturing" is used to describe how manufacturing companies might gain a competitive edge in a fast-paced, international market [6,7]. One may say that the current interest in the Fourth Industrial Revolution has led to the idolization of intelligence that is built into actual production systems. Being absolutely aware of the technological advancements within the Industry 4.0 era is the real idea of an ubiquitous factory [8] characterized by computational technology that "recesses into the backdrop of our lives" [9]. A fresh approach to data-driven product design has recently been developed. The widespread use of digital design tools demonstrates that the design process is becoming more digital than before (e.g., CAD, FEA, CAE, CAM, etc.). Data are directly collected from smart i
