About this document

CFG to CNF Conversion Examples by Hitesh Thahrani is a document available to read on EtoBox.

A context-free grammar (CFG) is in Chomsky Normal Form (CNF) if all of its production rules are either terminal symbols on the right side or nonterminal symbols pairs on the right side. The document provides examples of converting different CFGs into CNF by rewriting production rules until they match the CNF requirements of having at most two nonterminal symbols on the right side of each rule.
