What is Expatriate Work-Life Balance Research Proposal about?
This undergraduate research proposal aims to study the work-life balance of expatriates in Malaysia. The researcher will distribute questionnaires to expatriates working at companies and schools in Kuala Lumpur to understand how they adjust to unfamiliar surroundings and overcome challenges to find job satisfaction. Secondary research will also be collected from databases and libraries to help develop the questionnaire questions. Primary data from the questionnaires will then be analyzed using SPSS software
