What is Ebola Transmission Modeling Proposal about?

This project aims to analyze how medication conditions affect the spread of Ebola and generate an analytical model and interactive map. Data on Ebola cases from 2014-2016 will be extracted from the WHO and used to construct a SIR disease outbreak model. Different hypothetical models will show how medication changes could impact the situation. The proposed maps will visualize the spread of Ebola geospatially and through an interactive simulation for government agencies to make health policy decisions.
