What is Thyroid Follicular Carcinoma Metastasis about?

This case report describes a 55-year-old woman who presented with seizures and was found to have a brain tumor, which was determined through histopathological examination to be metastatic deposits from follicular carcinoma of the thyroid that she had been treated for 20 years prior. Rare cases of brain metastases from follicular thyroid carcinoma have been reported previously. This case highlights the importance of considering thyroid carcinoma in the differential diagnosis of brain metastases.
