What is Public Policy Models in Mexico about?

This document compares models of public policy in Mexico and other contexts. Mexico has a centralist and endogenous tradition, with a public policy process that is hermetic and not very permeable to citizen participation. Other models incorporate more non-governmental actors and levels of government in the formulation and implementation of policies for a more comprehensive and constructive vision.
