What is Workplace Bullying about?

This study investigates the relationship between workplace bullying and employee burnout, focusing on the mediating role of affective well-being (AWB). Data from 532 employees in Portugal reveals that workplace bullying negatively impacts both AWB and increases burnout levels, with AWB partially mediating this relationship.
