This study analyzes load forecasting for transformer capacity at Karangkates Substation using the Holt-Winters (HW) method, demonstrating its superior accuracy with a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 2.645% compared to other methods. The HW method effectively predicts transformer capacity exceedance in March and April 2018, emphasizing its suitability for long-term forecasting in electrical load planning. The findings aim to assist PLN in optimizing transformer maintenance and replacement strategies
