About this document
Senegalese Girls by Saša Pantelić Panta is a document available to read on EtoBox.
This study assessed the habitual physical activity of Senegalese adolescent girls, comparing those who migrate to urban areas for work with those who remain in rural villages. Results indicated that migrant girls engaged in more moderate to heavy physical activity and had better nutritional status despite a heavier workload. The findings suggest that living conditions in urban settings positively influence physical activity levels and nutritional outcomes during adolescence.
